Camilla, London & Surrey
Camilla our founding Director spent several years working in the private and public school sectors in Asia, Europe and at home in London. Camilla obtained a Geography and Economics degree, is a qualified Cambridge speaking examiner. Camilla received a Distinction for her masters at Oxford University in Social Entrepreneurship. Camilla is deeply involved in Philanthropy and hopes Satchel will help children and young people across the globe in the future. Camilla was awarded ‘Outstanding’ in all UK teaching standards during her training and since then has been tutoring both primary and secondary students before establishing Satchel Education in 2019.
Christina, London & Surrey
Christina is a well regarded and experienced tutor spending the past 10 years teaching university level English. Christina holds both a CELTA, PGCE and specialises in academic English, specifically dissertation preparation and writing skills. Christina is fluent in French and teaches up to A level. Christina used to be a French translator in Zambia and is renowned for going the extra mile to help her international students learn about culture and business English to prepare them for working abroad.
Heini has a BSc in Geography from Bath Spa University and a CELTA from City of Bath College. Heini most recently worked as a senior teacher of EAL. Heini taught secondary students in the UK, KS3, GCSE and A Level Geography. She has extensive experience in preparing students for Cambridge speaking exams as well as the increasingly popular Pearson English Language Test (PTE).
Idil, New York
Idil has a Masters in International Education from New York University and a Certificate in Teaching English Language to speakers of other languages (CELTA), which is provided through English language assessment. Idil spent the last 4 years teaching English in Asia and East Africa. Whilst tutoring IGCE students, Idil also worked at The British Council in Sudan.
Idil is qualified to tutor IELTS, TOEFL and General Business English.
